Day Trips From Binghamton: Ithaca
Looking to go somewhere new but don't have the money to go out of town? Take a day trip! Ithaca is approximately 45 minutes to and hour away. All you need is a tank of gas and a little extra cash.
There are numerous attractions in Ithaca to see.
1. Nature and Falls
Robert Treman State Park has beautiful falls and hiking. Located on Enfield Falls Road swimming and scenic trails are a staple to the area.
Ithaca Falls Natural area is right in the middle of the town. While there are few signs, all reviews say it's a great view full of photographic opportunities.
Buttermilk Falls State Park is also located right in Ithaca. I don't know about you but I think Ithaca could of shared some of these beautiful falls with the Binghamton area! More scenic views, swimming at the base of the falls and hiking to be had at these falls as well!
