Dating Websites

I have never dated anyone on an online dating website because I prefer meeting people in person. I know many people who have dated and had successful relationships from these sites but I'm just not sure they are for me.

While I think they are a good idea in general, I don't necessarily think they are for everyone. I don't think I could accurately describe myself well enough to make sense to someone over the internet or really anything (i.e. phone, texting) except in person. I am not saying I am above these sites, I'm not. I am just not sure I'd want to be with someone that liked the way I answered questions online and didn't really know who I was.

What do you think? Are you currently dating someone from a dating website? Is it going good?
