Craft Beverage Incubator Money Coming to Southern Tier

U.S. Congressman Richard Hanna says an $8,000 federal grant is to fund a study into the viability of a craft beverage incubator in the Southern Tier.

Hanna says there is an enormous potential for growth of the industry in the region.

The Southern Tier East Regional Planning Development Board will do the study.

Hanna says if an incubator is approved, it could help develop technology and identify the resources to help breweries and distilleries to set up shop and grow.
