Here are some things that will be going on in our area throughout the weekend and into next week

The Tioga County Rural Ministry is holding a spring cleanup day for any residents of the town of Owego over the age of 65. On Saturday, April 11th, college and high school students can assist with yard work, window washing and interior cleaning between 10 and 4. Call 687-3021 to register.
The mobile food pantry will be at the old Big Lots parking lot on April 9th from 1 to 2 pm distributing free food for those who are in need. Please provide bags or boxes to carry your food. This event will be held rain or shine. Contact the food bank of the southern tier for more information.
The Windsor Job Center is pleased to announce its 5th annual Windsor Job Fair on Wednesday April 8th from 4-7, at the Windsor Community house at 107 Main Street Windsor New York. Over 10 confirmed companies will be in attendance looking to hire.
Easter Brunch at the Endicott Elks will be held on Easter Sunday, April 5th from 11 am to 2 pm. Featuring all your favorite breakfast foods, adults are $13, children under 7 are only $5. Call 785-5622 for more information.
The Sanitaria Springs Fire Co. will be hosting a spaghetti dinner on Saturday April 11th at 4 pm at the fire station on route 7. Admission is $7 for adults, children 5-12 are $5, and children under 5 are free. Featuring a salad bar and an all you can eat meal.
Come enjoy the best roast beef dinner in the county, on Saturday April 11th from 4:30 to 6 at the Maine Masonic Temple.  $10 for adults, $5 for children 6-12, and children under 6 are free. Take out is available for $10 in adult sizes only. Proceeds benefit the Boy Scouts and the Maine Community.
The Vestal Knights of Columbus Council will be sponsoring Doug’s Fish Fry on Friday, April 10th at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. The Fish Fry will run from 11 am to 6 pm, take out is available as well as limited seating.
Come enjoy Reg and Gretchen Dunneman’s 20th Homecoming Concert on April 12th at 6pm at the Main Street Baptist Church 117 Main Street Binghamton. They will be singing their unique blend of Gospel music, and their recordings will be available

The Binghamton JCC will be offering exercise dance classes to provide health benefits to participants. A $5 free style dance class will begin on April 6th for anyone over 18 years old. A Girl Power dance class will begin on April 7th for girls 12-15 years old. A flash mob 101 class will begin on April 16th. Call the JCC for more information.
The Broome County Landfill is offering residents the chance to purchase a personal composter for only $45.00 at their location on 286 Knapp Road in Binghamton. The composter features easy snap together assembly and an 80 gallon capacity. Call the Broome County office building at 778-2250 for more information.
