Let's throwback to the original Woodstock, 1969. One of the many great rock groups to perform were The Jefferson Airplane.

Grace Slick and the band were scheduled to be the headliners on day 2 (Saturday August 16) but ended up performing on Sunday morning instead. The Jefferson Airplane were on stage for a bit over an hour and a half, belting out hits like 'Volunteers', 'Somebody To Love' and "White Rabbit.'

Watch this video of the band performing 'White Rabbit' at Woodstock, our Classic Rock Throwback Thursday pick.
