Classic Rock Throwback Thursday – The End [WATCH]

For this week's Classic Rock Pick of the Week, we looked back on the Third Isle of Wight Festival which took place over a weekend in August of 1970. Let's look deeper into that weekend.

For our Classic Rock Pick, I chose to looking on a 3 song set from The Moody Blues, which was an amazing performance in itself, but as I looked further, I was a performance from The Doors with their classic The End.

It's one of the most haunting rock songs you will ever listen to, and it's one of my all-time favorite songs. It reminds me of the scene in the movie 'Apocalypse Now', and takes me back to the decades of the 60s and 70s when I was growing up.
