That milestone was in the form of reaching the number one spot on the US album charts, where it stayed for 4 glorious weeks. There were five hits off 'New Jersey', including Bad Medicine, Lay Your Hands On Me, Born To Be My Baby, Living In Sin and I'll Be There For You.

The album also scored the number 1 position on album charts in the UK, Sweden, Canada, New Zealand, Australia and Switzerland.
