For this week's Classic Rock Throwback Thursday, lets travel back to 1978 Led Zeppelin.

It was on this day that year when the album 'In through The Out Door' by Led Zeppelin was completed. It would be their last studio LP before the death of John Bonham. 'In Through The Out Door' was the 8th studio album, took three weeks to put together, and reached the number one position on the US album charts.

Some great tunes came 'In Through The Out Door', including 'Fool In The Rain', 'All My Love', 'Carouselambra', 'In The Evening' and my favorite, 'Hot Dog.' That song was so much different than any other Zepp tune. It had a rockabilly, Elvis Presley type sound to it and was a tribute to the residents of Texas. Being that I was born in the Lone Star State, maybe that's why I like it so much.

For this edition of Classic Rock Throwback Thursday, let's dance with Led Zeppelin's 'Hot Dog.'
