Classic Rock Pick Of The Week – The Who’s ‘Summertime Blues’ [VIDEO]

Summer pays us a visit this week, so it would be fitting to play a “Summer-type” song to guide us into the season.
And that would be The Who’s ‘Summertime Blues,’ from ‘Live At Leeds.’
The song actually was co-written and recorded by Eddie Cochran back in 1958.
In addition to The Who recording the song, ‘Blue Cheer’ and Alan Jackson also covered the tune.
Welcome to Summer…try not to get the blues.
Here’s The Who from 1969.
