Classic Rock Pick Of The Week – Night Ranger [VIDEO]

As we get closer to the 2013 Spiediefest and Balloon Rally at Otsiningo Park, Binghamton, I thought it would be a good idea to highlight some of the music from our Classic Rock act for Friday August 2nd - Night Ranger.

One of their biggest hits is "Sister Christian."
This song was released in 1984 (almost 30 years ago!) penned and sung by Kelly Keagy, the drummer for Night Ranger.
It hit the number five position on the charts, and was the highest charting song of the band's career.
"Sister Christian" was written about Keagy's sister, Christy, which was the original title of the song, except that Jack Blades thought he was singing "Sister Christian" instead of "Sister Christy" and it stuck as the title of the song.
