It was 42 years ago this week that Neil Young's Heart of Gold," hit the number one spot on the U.S. Charts.
April 8th, the tune became the number one song in Canada.

The song, off of Neil's1972's 'Harvest' album, features Linda Ronstadt and James Taylor doing back-up vocals.
