Classic Rock Pick Of The Week – Asbury Park (4th Of July)

With the 4th of July holiday here, I thought it would be a good idea to choose The Boss's "Asbury Park, 4th Of July (Sandy)" as this week's Classic Rock Pick.

The tune came out in 1973 (a very good year - that's when I graduated high school) on Bruce's 2nd LP - The Wild, The Innocent and The E Street Shuffle.
This is a popular Springsteen ballad  about the Jersey Shore Boardwalk culture.
