Classic Rock Christmas – Tom Petty

Well, as we get closer to Christmas, I thought it might be a good idea leading up to the day, to highlight some of the classic Christmas rock songs that we play.

For today, Tuesday December 19th, let's remember a rock legend we lost earlier this year - Tom Petty. In my opinion, Tom was a musical genius. The world is at a loss without him around.

His song Christmas All Over Again is one of our favorite tunes to play during the holiday. The song was released in 1992.

I especially like the end, when you here Tom say "Now let's see, I want a new Rickenbacker guitar, two Fender bassmans, Chuck Berry songbooks, xylophone..."
