Chase Puts Pickup Truck Into Johnson City Building

Broome County Sheriff’s officials are reporting three people in custody following a chase in Johnson City that ended with the pickup truck crashing into a building on Floral Avenue between Saint Charles Street and Ackley Avenue.

Officials say a Deputy spotted the vehicle that had been reported by the State Police as stolen at 1:19 a.m. April 11 and gave chase.

The woman driver and two passengers were wanted on warrants.

There were no serious injuries.

The investigation is continuing.
