CCR - Classic Rock Pick of the Week

1970 was a great year for Creedence Clearwater Revivial.

The reason is the success of a few songs including Lookin' Out My Back Door, Travelin' Band, I Heard It Through The Grapevine, Run Through The Jungle, Who'll Stop The Rain and Up Around the Bend.

All songs come from 'Cosmos Factory' which was my very first album (I think it was a birthday present from my parents.) I'm probably sure my family got tired of me playing that album over and over again. I wore out quite a few record needles, and eventually the album.

The album was a number one hit the US as well as several other countries, and some of the songs cracked the top 10 singles charts.
