Bob Joseph/WNBF News [March 5, 2014][/caption]Former Tioga County car dealer Calvin Harris is continuing to claim he is being targeted unfairly by New York State Police after being found not guilty of murder in the 2001 disappearance of his wife, Michele and following four trials.

Harris was back in Court this week to answer to a drunk driving charge and being accused of hitting a vehicle and leaving the scene of the reported incident on Interstate 81 in Preble.

Harris has claimed a camera on the dash of his truck would show what really happened but New York State Police took the camera.

Harris admitted having a few drinks hours before the reported incident while shopping in Syracuse but claimed his was not drunk and the other vehicle actually hit his truck, not the other way around.

New York State Police reported measuring Harris’ blood alcohol content at point-one-three percent.

Another court appearance is set for next month.
