Buffalo Springfield - Classic Rock Throwback Thursday

Buffalo Springfield formed in Los Angeles back in 1966 with Bruce Palmer, Richie Furay, Dewey Martin, Neil Young and Stephen Stills. The band had several hits including Bluebird, For What It's Worth, and Rock-n-Roll Woman.

They produced only three studio and three compilation albums. The band's life was short lived though, just three years. It was on this day the band parted ways.

Richie Furay started a new band - Poco, and Steven Stills moved on to Crosby, Stills and Nash, Neil Young went solo and worked with Crosby, Stills and Nash, adding his name to the end of that title.
