Authorities say 35-year-old Lee Warner of Lisle was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment.

Investigators Wednesday announced the arrest, which they say occurred early Sunday morning.

Troopers were sent to investigate a domestic dispute in a home on Jennings Creek Road in the town of Lisle.

The other party involved in the incident accused Warner of restricting the person's breathing. A state police news release did not indicate whether the person requested medical treatment.

Warner was arrested following the police investigation. He was arraigned and sent to Broome County Jail on $1,000 bail.

An order of protection was issued to the other person who had been involved in the argument.
