Broome County Accused Rapist Sought

New York State Police are looking for an accused rapist.

38 year old Michael Degnan is accused of forcibly raping a 14 year old girl in the port crane area June 8th and is known to have a violent criminal history.

State Police in Binghamton are currently working in conjunction with the Federal Marshall's task force to apprehend Degnan.
