Modern technology is awesome. I found this story on SILive about a nine-year-old boy who was born without a right arm and was just given two new prosthetic arms for free.

These are no ordinary prosthetic arms. According to SILive, the boy's name is Jeremy Seacott. He was born in China and adopted by an American couple, James and Janet Seacott of New Dorp. They adopted him when he was 14 months old. Jeremy was born with a missing right arm which may have been the result of Amniotic Band Syndrome. It's a rare disease that can affect the arm and leg growth of fetuses in the womb. According to SI Live, when his parents first asked him if he wanted to get a prosthetic arm he told his parents he was fine the way he was. When a neighbor brought up the issue recently, he seemed to be into it.

A company on Staten Island called 3D technology gave him two arms. One of the arms is skin tone and the other looks like something from one of the Transformers. That way the nine-year-old can be a nine-year-old. In case you are wondering, the arms are fully functional. Click on the SILive website to see pictures.
