A Binghamton woman is accused of driving drunk when she drove over a lawn and hit a house in Johnson City.

Village Police say 31 year old Diana Franco allegedly had a blood alcohol level at more than twice the legal limit at around 6 p.m. June 9 when she tried to turn left from North Broad Street onto Brown Street, went across the lawn of a home on Brown and hit the house.

No one was hurt and the house was not seriously damaged.

Franco is charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of .08% or higher, aggravated DWI with a blood alcohol content of .18% or higher, failure to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely and unsafe tires.

The Binghamton woman has been ordered to appear in Village of Johnson City Court at a later date.
