Authorities say a man pulled over by a sheriff's deputy on Binghamton's West Side was driving despite having 85 license suspensions in New York state.

Investigators say 56-year-old Charles Warren of Binghamton was stopped for a traffic violation around 3 a.m. Tuesday.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, Warren was found to be driving without a license. He was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Warren was arraigned and sent to Broome County Jail without bail.
