April 21st, 1973. Where were you? It was my senior year, and in addition to preparing for the end of my High school years, I was enjoying some new tunes from Alice Cooper.

'Billion Dollar Babies' was the sixth studio effort from Vincent Damon Furnier. It topped both the US and UK album charts, and was certified Platinum (or was that certified crazy?) Some great tunes were born from that album, including the title track, 'No More Mr. Nice Guy', 'Hello Hurray' and my favorite 'Elected.' None of those songs reached the top of the charts, but all had commercial success.

As most bands do, Alice Cooper went on tour to support the album. In about three months time, they performed 64 shows in full gory style as one might expect. It's an awesome experience, and that's why we love to see Alice Cooper in concert. Check out this version of 'Elected' at Bonnaroo in 2012 with Alice Cooper.
