Best Drinking and Workout Plan
Saturday night I didn't plan on drinking so I drove to the Mosquito Lounge to meet some friends and see Beard of Bees and Free Reign play.
Next thing I know, I'm downing drinks like it's my job because my friends just kept buying them for me. Needless to say, I was definitely not even close to being in proper shape to drive home so I got a ride. I woke up the next morning, remembered I did not have my car and though, "Hey, I need to burn off the calories I drank so, I'm going to run to my car."
I got up, put my running shoes on, left Johnson City and ran all the way to the Mosquito Lounge. I was able to get my drinking in, work out in and hangover gone. Loving this new new plan so much I am considering driving my car to where ever I drink, getting a ride home and then running to my car every weekend! Sounds good to me, what do you think?
