Beer – The Universal Drink

Let's talk beer! Since the beginning of time (or the accidental stumbling upon spontaneous fermentation), civilizations have enjoyed this hearty beverage.

Everyday, Americans congregate in local housings called 'bars' or 'taverns' to share a drink and some friendly conversation, a sporting event or celebration.

I enjoy tipping back a few cold ones myself, and my preferences vary from a light beer to a few of my favorite dark brews.

I remember my first taste of beer actually. I was probably nine or ten and my dad let me have a sip of his. Man, did it taste like crap! So why does it taste so good now?

Who knows! But beer is one of the most universal drinks we have in the world today.
