Kudos to our friends from the North in 1993.
That's the year the Toronto Blue Jays won their 2nd consecutive World Series title with a win at home.
There's nothing sweeter than winning the series in your own house!

The memorable moment came in game 6, with the Blue Jays up in the series over Philadelphia 3 to 2.With the Phillies up 6 to 5, looking to head to a deciding game 7, Joe Carter stepped up to the plate in the bottom of the 9th inning, and hit a walk-off 3 run homer to win the game and clinch the World Series for a second year in a row.

The Blue Jays win became only the second World Series won by a home run.
Who had the first?
The Pittsburg Pirates in 1960 when Bill Mazeroski hit one off the Yankees in game 7 to win the series.

Watch Joe Carter's excitement grows as he round the bases!.
