I haven't made New Year's resolutions in a long time. I read an article today on Wallet Hub that stated that only 8% of people who make New Year's resolutions actually stick with their resolution for a full year.

When I was younger I used to make them and some of them would last a day or two and some of them would only last for an hour or so. To me, for the most part, New Year's Day is just another day, but for some, it's time for a fresh start. I've actually been on a diet since November 1st and I have dropped 25 pounds so far. So, I guess if I had to make a resolution. it would be to continue on the same path and hopefully the weight we'll keep coming off. But if you made a resolution and you've already balked on it, You Are Not Alone. 92% of people don't stick with their resolutions.

I firmly believe that when you set your mind to change something, you will do it when you are ready.
