April Showers Make Me Wish For Snow

I have to admit that though I cursed the snow all Winter long, this April showers rhyme coming true now is making me want snow instead!

I know, call me crazy, but even with the ice and slippery roadways we didn't have to worry about flooding and we could still function outside.

I am itching to get out after "hibernating" all Winter but the rain is ruining my fun. I guess I could do outdoors activities in the rain, but it's still too cold.

My biggest reason for wanting the rain to take a hike is the stress on people's faces. After two major floods, it seems people are on edge. I listened to one friend almost panic about this weather the other day. I felt for her.
