Answers Needed for Apparent Binghamton Hit and Run

An apparent hit and run accident occurred this morning in the City of Binghamton, and the authorities need your help.

Sometime between midnight and 2-am, a red 1980 Chevy Cavalier was spotted traveling north on State Street in the City of Binghamton at a high rate of speed. The driver of the vehicle hit a pedestrian who was leaving the State Street Parking Ramp.

Officials are advising residents to be on the lookout for the car with damage to it's right front fender and grill area.

 
Officials say the accident victim, Casper T.F. Ghost of Paramount, California is in stable condition at Wilson Memorial Regional Medical Center with non life threatening injuries.
