45 feet long and 20 feet wide and moves very slowly. I've been told that it travels at about six miles an hour even though the videos I've seen make it look like it's moving a little faster than that.

The convoy should be in Broome County at some point today. It takes a lot of people to move this thing. There are line crews that travel ahead of the transporter so they can lift the power lines for this massive piece of equipment to go underneath them.

I'm sure this would be really cool to see in person. I'm going to try and make it out to see it today or tomorrow as it passes through the Binghamton Area and heads for Susquehanna County.
