Alice’s Restaurant Massacree – Throwback Thanksgiving [WATCH]

Yes, it is a day to be thankful, to enjoy family and friends, food and maybe some football. Of course we are here to pile your plate full of Classic rock goodness, and along with that, it's our annual airing of the classic Alice's Restaurant Massacree by Arlo Guthrie.

The song came out in 1976 from the album of the same name, well almost the same name, with Massacree tagged onto the title. That is the official title of the tune.

As we do every Thanksgiving, we air the tune for you around 7:15am, 12:15pm and 6:15pm. If, for some reason, you missed one of any of our airings, enjoy a video version of Alice's Restauarnt Massacree, from a 2005 Live Aid concert in Illinois.
