Well, it took over two weeks to play every song from Binghamton's largest on-air Classic Rock library, and it was fun as always. We love pulling out those 'oh-wow' type tunes and songs that you may have not heard in a while. And we will most certainly do it again soon.

Being that this is the Thanksgiving weekend, we have some cool things for you to enjoy, and beyond. Of course you will hear Arlo Guthrie's classic 'Alice's Restaurant Massacree' on Thanksgiving Thursday at 7 a.m., Noon and 5 p.m. Plus we'll play Adam Sandler's 'Thanksgiving song in the 9 a.m. and 3p.m. hours for you to enjoy.

Then, Black Friday through Sunday, it's a '2nd Helping Classic Rock Weekend' on The Whale. Every hour, we'll feature double-shots of tunes from the best Classic Rock artists and bands on the planet.

And since we love double-shots of tunes from rock-n-rollers, we've decided to re-name Tuesdays going forward, to 'Two for Tuesday' on 99.1 The Whale. From 10am to 7pm every Tuesday, we will feature double-shots of songs from your favorite artists. It's an endless (okay, it does end at 7pm)  morsel of double-shots from all those rock artists you love.

Don't forget our weekend staples including Bill St. James hosting 'Time Warp', a four hour rock-n-roll trip back in time with rock trivia you never knew you needed to know. And we top off the weekend with Little Steven's Underground Garage' hosted by Steven Van Zandt. It's a show unlike any other. If you tune in, you know what I mean. If you haven't, you are in for a treat. Who doesn't love Little Steven Van Zandt?
