Back by popular demand is the Duck Derby to benefit the Broome County Humane Society.

It's really something amazing to see thousands of rubber duckies floating down the Susquehanna river, and that's exactly what will happen this coming Sunday, July 30th as the Broome County Humane Society will host its seventh annual Duck Derby. The Duck Derby will take place from 12pm-4pm behind the Holiday Inn in downtown Binghamton.

The fun kicks off with music, food, crafts, games and vendors and then at 3pm, 10,000 rubber ducks will be dropped off the Court Street Bridge. The ducks will race down the Susquehanna, competing for cash prizes. In addition, the Humane Society's adoptable animals will be on display.
