3rd Annual Binghamton Mac and Cheese Festival Is This Thursday

I love cheese. I love all kinds of cheese including Limburger cheese. So it's no surprise that a lot of my favorite foods have cheese in them or on them. Lasagna, pizza, cheeseburgers, just about everything is better with cheese. I love macaroni and cheese. My wife makes an awesome homemade macaroni and cheese. I also like mac and cheese with a twist. Lobster mac and cheese, Buffalo chicken mac and cheese, bacon mac and cheese, I've had them all and I loved them all. I would try pretty much anything in macaroni and cheese. I love when we go to an event and there is a mac and cheese food truck there. It seems like every wine festival I've gone to has had a mac and cheese food truck there.

If you love macaroni and cheese, you have to check out the third annual Binghamton Mac and Cheese Festival. It's taking place at the Holiday Inn Arena, this Thursday night starting at 5:30. According to Bingpop General Admission tickets are $30 which include  all you can eat mac and cheese and five beer tickets. Yes, there will be beer vendors there too. You can also purchase a V.I.P. ticket which includes parking, a t-shirt, and even more beer. Mac and cheese, and beer... sounds like heaven on a Thursday night. Just thinking about this event is making my mouth water.
