27 Year Old Man & 17 Year Old Girl Arrested in West Side Raid

A 17 year old girl and a 27 year old Binghamton man are being held in the Broome County Jail following a raid on a West Side, Binghamton apartment.

The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force says Terrell Cochrane and the teen are charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, criminal possession of over a half ounce of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal possession of a gram or more of a stimulant, felony criminal possession of a firearm, criminal possession of a stolen firearm and two misdemeanor counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.

The SIU confiscated 1.7 ounces of heroin, about five grams of methamphetamine, a stolen 9mm handgun, drug packaging material and $265 in suspected drug sale proceeds from the Mendelssohn Street home.
