Southern Tier Close Up is a weekly public affairs program heard on 99.1 The Whale, Sundays at 6am hosted by Kathy Whyte.
Each week Kathy speaks with local groups, community leaders, educators, and others about issues, events and just about anything related to the Southern Tier of New York and Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.
